We were so fortunate to have found Oscar Contreras to help us find our dream home. As our realtor, Oscar guided, educated, and advised us about the home buying process. He helped us find the right house in the best location, for the price that met our budget. He was patient as we were very specific of our needs (family of 6 here), and he didn’t hesitate to set realistic expectations to avoid making unreasonable offers or decisions. Oscar was always present in every viewing or meeting with the builder. He was always on our side and asked lots questions to make sure we were getting a fair deal. In short, Oscar always looked for our best interest and never made us feel like he was rushed on closing a deal. Oscar is an expert in this industry and we would recommend him to anyone.
